I’m in photography because although I’ve never liked being the center of the picture, I’ve always liked taking them.  Ever sense I was little people would stop me to take their picture. I guess I kind of liked it. I love the way people light up when they see a good picture.  I don’t know if it is something that I could end up doing for the rest of my life but it could definitely be a possibility. I also think it is quite fun to take pictures because you just have to wait for the perfect opportunity.

My favorite way to take a picture is without flash. I think the more natural the picture can be the better it will turn out. I especially like taking pictures of animals because you can’t just snap one or two. When you’re taking the picture you have to wait for the perfect opportunity and when you finally get it you can’t imagine how amazing it feels. If I’m outside I love it when the sun is setting and just about to get dark. The light is so beautiful and it makes some of the prettiest pictures. On the other hand when you are inside I prefer a closer shot I don’t want the background to be very noticeable. I would rather have whatever I’m taking a picture of to be alone against something solid and then just a regular light.

The last thing I did was do the framing and rule of thirds. Rule of thirds was my second time taking picture of cats and I thought they really turned out well. I think if anything I’m challenging my patience because you really have to take a lot of pictures. You have to kind of set up the perfect opportunity as well. Some of the best pictures I took I kind of started the chain of events that lead to the picture.

Framing 5 Sentences Each

This website is about what makes or breaks natural framing in a picture. You want the frame to compliment the subject and make the picture better. You want just the right amount of light not too much or little. You also want good color to go along with the picture. A good way to improve the photo is to get closer to it.

The second website is drawing attention to the subject with framing.  This highlight the subject and draws your eye there. By using framing it gives the image depth helps you see more than two dimensions. Using this technique can also make the picture look more organized and ordered. It also can tell you a lot more about the subject by seeing whats framing it.

Five habits

Five habits Photographers Should Learn

First you want to  bracket your shots. You want to take a regular picture then take the same shots with different exposures. Next you need to take care of your camera making sure its clean to get the best shots. When taking a picture you want it to tell a story making the shot better and more emotional. Work in- camera you don't want to depend on things like photoshop but being able to take a great picture by yourself. Finally learn more about photography by joining clubs and reading books the more you learn it the better you'll be.

Understanding Rule of Thirds

11/5

The rule of thirds explained in this website is a simple way of looking at a picture. Instead of focusing on the center of the picture you have to imagine breaking the picture into thirds or into nine squares. It is explained that the eye naturally focuses into one of the cross sections of the lines making it appear balanced and visually pleasant. You can use the lines pretty much anyway you want by lining up the image horizontally or vertically. Although you do not necessarily have to use this rule it is best to know it before doing something else.
